Job summary

A leading therapy provider in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking compassionate individuals for a position as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). You will provide individual ABA therapy, implementing treatment plans for children with autism in a flexible and rewarding environment. Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.

Skills

Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder

Effective communication in the English language

Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and families

Reliable transportation

Valid state identification card

Must pass a criminal background check
