Job summary

The Autism Treatment Center is hiring immediately for Registered Behavior Technicians to join our outpatient clinic in San Antonio, TX. You will provide 1:1 or group ABA therapy, implement behavior plans, and coordinate with BCBA/BCaBA in a collaborative team.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and experience with individuals with developmental disabilities; RBT certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; further ABA study preferred.
• At least one year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Excellent written and vocal communication skills.
• Must pass pre-employment process and have clean background.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or group ABA therapy and behavior support.
• Communicate with parents/guardians at drop-off/pick-up.
• Implement behavior plans in collaboration with BCBA/BCaBA.
• Maintain data collection and progress reports.
• Work with students on social skills and curricula.
• Uphold BACB ethical guidelines and professional boundaries.
• Attend team meetings and participate in program development.
