BK Behavior is hiring for part-time ABA support roles in the Kansas area to work with children with Autism in home or community settings. You will implement evidence-based ABA interventions, track progress, and work closely with families and the clinical team.

No experience is required and full training is provided; successful applicants should be reliable, patient, compassionate, and able to commute to client locations. This role offers flexible scheduling, ideal for students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete required training (40-hour RBT course).
• Strong interpersonal skills and patience with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement skill-building and care plans with fidelity.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
