Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in the United States seeks devoted educators to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. You will work part-time, supporting independence and positive behavior with evidence-based interventions, and join a clinical team under supervision.

No ABA experience required; paid training is provided. Expect flexible afternoon/evening hours, opportunities to grow in the ABA field, and a commitment of at least six months.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
Patience and ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.
No ABA experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
