Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our Hillsboro, OH team on a part-time basis. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, using evidence-based strategies to support independence and positive behavior.

No experience? Paid training is provided. We are looking for compassionate individuals willing to commit for at least six months and to adapt to diverse family needs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Support clients in independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
