Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated ABA team in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children, implement skill-building and care plans, and record session data on electronic devices.

Services occur in clients’ homes or community settings, with a focus on independence and positive behavior. All positions start part-time with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification before working.
• Commitment to making a difference for children with Autism.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA practices.

Responsibilities
