Job summary

Heartland ABA in Kansas seeks individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes or community settings after school hours. You will implement evidence-based interventions, collect session data, and support families under supervision.

No prior ABA experience needed; paid training is provided. All positions start part-time with afternoon or early-evening hours, offering flexible scheduling and a pathway into the growing ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Act as part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment outcomes.
