Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring an Autism Support Specialist to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in Rock Creek/Ashtabula County area. This part-time role offers paid training and opportunities to advance within a growing ABA team.

Responsibilities include direct skill-building, data recording, and collaboration with families and the clinical team to support each child’s goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team with direct skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
