Heartland ABA in Aurora, NE, is seeking a Local Champion for Autism – RBT to provide in-home ABA services part-time. You will work closely with the clinical team to implement skill-building plans and record data using electronic devices, supporting families and clients in achieving positive outcomes.

The role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within the thriving ABA field. No long-term commitment beyond part-time hours is required at start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
