BK Healthcare Management in the United States (Kansas region) seeks part-time ABA aides to support children with Autism in home or community settings. You will receive paid training and have access to Same Day Pay for immediate compensation.

No prior experience required; we provide full training. Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA services, data recording, and collaboration with families to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to clients’ homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Assist in implementing skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
