Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking individuals for part-time, entry-level ABA positions to provide one-on-one services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based interventions, record progress, and support families as part of a clinical team.

No ABA experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, making this an ideal entry point into the psychology field for those passionate about helping children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to improve treatment effectiveness.
