Dry Force Corp. in the Austin area is seeking motivated Outside Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will work with pre-qualified, scheduled homeowner appointments and close restoration services with confidence.

This role offers base salary plus monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses, comprehensive training, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401k match. A valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside selling experience.
• Strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and group settings.
• Comfortable working outside in varying environments and with devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to homeowners by building trust, showing empathy, and explaining capabilities.
• Evaluate loss and prepare proposed scope using company tools.
• Secure engagement and guide homeowners through payment options.
• Stabilize moisture content and set expectations for subsequent work.
• Communicate job status with customers, management, and insurers.
• Process all documentation accurately and timely.
