Job summary

LasikPlus (LCA-Vision Inc.) in Austin, TX is looking for an Optometrist Leader to provide high-quality refractive surgical care, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. The position offers a starting base salary of $130K - $140K, CE credits, and paid time off.

Qualified candidates will have an OD degree and an active optometry license. A supportive clinical environment is provided, fostering teamwork and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted optometry license in applicable state(s).
• Experience in refractive surgery or co-management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive preoperative and postoperative eye examinations.
• Evaluate patient candidacy and monitor postoperative outcomes.
• Mentor and support optometrists and clinical staff.
• Assist with administrative support including scheduling.
• Support quality improvement initiatives.
