Qualifications

• Licensed hearing aid dispenser and/or dispensing audiologist is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen.
• Analyze test findings and make recommendations based on the customer’s hearing loss.
• Recommend and dispense assistive listening and hearing solutions.
• Educate patients on usage and maintenance of hearing devices.
• Make follow-up calls to patients to ensure satisfaction.
