Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Austin, TX invites motivated undergraduates to join as Customer Business Manager Interns. You will experience mentorship, engage in forecast management, and support sales operations from pre-order to order fulfillment.

This internship offers exposure to customer engagement, revenue tracking, and strategic sales support, with opportunities to network with executives and grow in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a sophomore pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing or Engineering.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and good academic standing.
• English fluency (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to commit to at least 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day forecast, order, and revenue fulfillment with Sales alignment.
• Analyze forecast versus actual revenue and backlog metrics.
• Serve as liaison with clients and manufacturing sites for on-time order fulfillment.
• Manage customer product lifecycle from production to end-of-life.
• Provide sales support through reporting, pricing support, and meetings.
• Lead account team meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on actions.
