Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, technical program management, or a hybrid role, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Strong fluency with Jira or similar tools for managing backlogs and sprint plans.
• Clear communication across audiences, able to update VPs and engineers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan sprints, track progress, and coordinate releases with the engineering team.
• Keep Jira plans, capacity, epic status, and risk logs current.
• Coordinate work across software, robotics, field operations, and business development.
