You’ll guide projects from spec review through pump selection, quoting, and order, then manage delivery and installation with travel to our Waco HQ for training. The role is office-based in Austin with periodic travel to stay aligned with training and requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical specifications.
• Clear written and verbal communication with engineers and non-technical customers.
• Willingness to travel to Waco for training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review plans to select pumps, motors, and equipment.
• Prepare estimates, quotations, and enter sales orders.
• Advise outside sales team and customers on equipment, hydraulics, and specifications.
• Purchase equipment and coordinate submittals between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage projects through delivery, keeping budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, and operations to move projects forward.
