Job Details:

Location: Auntie Anne’s Mckinley Mall

Position: Crew Member

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing dough and baking pretzels and variations
• Making drinks such as lemonade, soda, and specialty beverages
• Assembling guest orders
• Providing friendly, courteous service following the GUESTS acronym (Greet, Urgency, Eye contact, Suggestive selling, Thank you, Smile)
• Working as part of a team to serve guests
• Operating cash registers according to policy
• Performing cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sanitizing workstations and washing dishes
• Breaking down and cleaning equipment at closing
• Sweeping and mopping floors during and after shifts
• Adhering to dress code and personal appearance standards
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the shift manager
