Job summary

Texas Capital is seeking an Internal Audit professional to support SOX processes, risk assessments, and testing across mortgages, liquidity, and related risks. The role requires strong analytical skills, solid written communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a regulated financial services environment.

The team emphasizes industry knowledge, policy understanding, and collaboration with client groups to drive risk-based insights and effective controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred.
• Experience testing mortgages, credit reviews, capital planning, liquidity, ALM, BSA, compliance or related risks preferred.

• Basic understanding of commonly used International Professional Practices Frameworks (COSO), risks within financial services, and related risk management
