Capstone Logistics, LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a high-energy Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will audit inbound and outbound pallets, perform pre-shift equipment checks, and ensure product and quantity accuracy across daily operations.

This role emphasizes reliability, physical stamina to lift 25–75 lbs, and a willingness to learn. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, with paid training and opportunities for advancement as our sites grow and we promote from within.

• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.
