• Enrolled in a Bachelor's and/or Master's program in business with an emphasis in accounting or taxation.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shadow managers and seniors in client meetings.
• Work directly with experienced audit professionals on various accounting projects (e.g., compilation engagements, detail testing at client sites).
• Prepare benchmarking reports for audit committee meetings.
• Gain experience in the preparation of corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary, and other tax services performed by the firm.
