Aspire Talent Solutions in the Chicago area seeks an Audit Supervisor to join a respected public accounting firm. The role is Hybrid in the Chicago North Suburbs with base salary $90,000–$110,000 and total compensation $92,500–$121,000+.

You’ll lead audits, supervise staff, and coordinate with Managers and Partners on employee benefit plan audits and other for-profit engagements. You’ll develop staff, manage client relationships, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years of public accounting experience in audit and accounting.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead employee benefit plan audits and other assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff accountants.
• Develop engagement work plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements.
• Monitor engagement progress and communicate with Managers and Partners.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients.
• Review and/or prepare financial statements, footnotes, and attestation engagements.
• Manage engagement economics, including budgeting and billing.
