Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar required.
3-5 years of audit experience.
Active CPA license.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with clients by gathering information, resolving problems, and proposing process improvements.
Supervise audit engagements, including planning, executing, directing and completing financial audits.
Demonstrate knowledge of GAAP and financial statement presentation.
Supervise, train, and mentor associates on audit processes.
Research and analyze financial statements and audit-related issues.
Acquire working knowledge of clients’ businesses.
Perform other accounting services as assigned.
