Barnes Dennig Assurance is seeking an Audit Staff Associate for a full-time Summer/Fall 2027 program in Indianapolis, IN. You will support audit engagements, assess internal controls, and help deliver meaningful insights to clients while collaborating with a team of professionals.

You will begin building relationships with clients, apply accounting knowledge to real-world issues, and contribute to multiple practice areas including not-for-profits.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or MS in Accounting (undergraduate degree in Accounting preferred).
  • An interest in all aspects of Audit and a desire to pursue a career in public accounting by meeting CPA minimum eligibility requirements.
  • Strong academic qualifications.
  • Relevant work experience such as internships, previous part-time and/or on-campus employment, etc.
  • Strong skillset as it relates to: Leadership, customer service, verbal and written communication, organization, etc.
