Execute the day-to-day activities of attestation and non-attestation engagements of various clients
Detect and communicate accounting and auditing matters to seniors, managers, and partners
Identify performance improvement opportunities
Intermingle with U.S. and Japanese based clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient
Interact with clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the team is efficient
Work on non-attestation services such as bookkeeping, miscellaneous tax (property tax, sales tax etc.), payroll, and some other consulting services
Understand and utilize Audit Methodology
Qualification
BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university and eligible to sit for the CPA exam
Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and solid oral and written communication skills
