CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA) is seeking an Audit Senior to join the State and Local Government (SLG) practice in the Midwest. The role involves leading assurance engagements, collaborating with clients, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality financial statements and reports.

In Minnesota, the base compensation ranges from $72,000 to $126,000, with a similar range in Illinois. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, have about two years of audit experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.
• SLG industry experience is a plus.
• CPA or eligible to sit for the CPA exam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Audit complex areas/transactions and prepare financial statements and related reports.
• Research, analyze, and report on accounting, auditing, and related issues and developments.
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.

CLA is currently seeking an Audit Senior to join our State and Local Government (SLG) practice in our Mid-West Region offices. Our SLG group is one of the fastest growing practice areas within CLA consisting of 600 professionals serving over 2100 local, county, and state government agencies.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Audit Senior role

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is 72,000.00-$126,000.00.

The compensation range for this position in Illinois is $72,000.00-$131,000.00.
