Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) seeks an Audit Senior to join our State and Local Government practice in the Midwest. You will plan, lead, and execute assurance engagements, collaborating with clients and decision-makers to deliver high-quality financial reports.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, 2 years of audit experience, SLG exposure is a plus, and CPA eligibility is preferred. CLA offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative culture to support career growth.

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Audit complex areas/transactions and prepare financial statements and related reports.
• Research, analyze, and report on accounting, auditing, and related issues and developments.
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.

CLA is currently seeking an Audit Senior to join our State and Local Government (SLG) practice in our Mid-West Region offices. Our SLG group is one of the fastest growing practice areas within CLA consisting of 600 professionals serving over 2100 local, county, and state government agencies.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Audit Senior role:

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is 72,000.00-$126,000.00.

The compensation range for this position in Illinois is $72,000.00-$131,000.00.
