CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) seeks an Audit Senior to join the State and Local Government (SLG) practice in the Midwest region. The role focuses on planning, leading and executing assurance engagements for diverse local, county, and state clients.

You will collaborate with clients and decision-makers, review complex transactions, and develop strong client relationships while guiding junior staff and ensuring quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant audit experience required.
• SLG industry experience is a plus.
• CPA or eligible to sit for the CPA exam preferred

• Working closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Audit complex areas/transactions and prepare financial statements and related reports.
• Research, analyze, and report on accounting, auditing, and related issues and developments.

• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.

CLA is currently seeking an Audit Senior to join our State and Local Government (SLG) practice in our Mid-West Region offices. Our SLG group is one of the fastest growing practice areas within CLA consisting of 600 professionals serving over 2100 local, county, and state government agencies.

How you’ll create opportunities in this Audit Senior role:

The compensation range for this position in Minnesota is 72,000.00-$126,000.00.

The compensation range for this position in Illinois is $72,000.00-$131,000.00.
