Talent With Heart in Cleveland seeks an experienced Audit Senior Manager to lead multiple audit engagements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

You will mentor staff, build strong client relationships, contribute to firm growth, and oversee billing and collections while maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7 to 15 years of relevant experience in audit and accounting.
• CPA designation is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Manage the billing and collection processes to achieve financial objectives.
• Mentor, coach and develop team members, fostering continuous learning and growth.
• Contribute to firm growth and management initiatives through business development activities.
