Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Be a trusted member of the engagement team providing assurance and consulting services to industry clients.
  • Proactively engage with clients throughout the year to gather information for testing.
  • Plan and supervise the execution of all audit engagement activities.
  • Review and perform substantive testing on balance sheets and income statements.
  • Conduct and review tests of internal controls and recommend improvements.
  • Discuss findings with the Manager and Partner and provide business recommendations.
  • Learn and grow through on-the-job coaching and firm-wide development programs.
  • Network and build relationships internally and with clients.
  • Support growth and development of team members under Baker Tilly's philosophy.
