Job summary

CLA is seeking an Audit Senior to join the Akron or Canton office. You will plan, lead, and execute assurance engagements, working closely with clients and decision makers to deliver high-quality audits.

Prepare financial statements, assess internal controls, and mentor junior staff while building lasting client relationships. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance and 2+ years of audit experience; CPA eligibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• CPA exam eligibility is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute Assurance engagements to provide excellent client service.
• Work closely with clients and decision makers while performing a wide range of assurance procedures.
• Prepare all necessary financial statements and related disclosures and reportable condition letters.
• Assess the design and implementation of internal controls.
• Schedule, delegate, and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Collaborate with managers/principals to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients.
• Develop and maintain effective client relationships.
