You will lead client engagements from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, directing, and completing audits for diverse industries, with opportunities to mentor staff and interns. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required or similar
• CPA license or eligibility preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage client engagements from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, directing, and completing audit tasks
• Prepare financial statements and related reports and work papers
• Research and report on accounting and auditing issues and developments
• Provide supervision and training to engagement staff and interns
• Collaborate with managers to ensure effective communication and service
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Travel up to 15% as needed depending on clients
