Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience in assurance services.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA eligibility (must have completed required credit hours).
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in all client and team interactions.
  • Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor audit associates during audits, reviews, and related assurance engagements.
  • Manage day-to-day fieldwork, including coordination with client teams and internal leadership.
  • Review workpapers and reports prepared by junior staff and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster client relationships by understanding their businesses and delivering tailored service.
  • Support development of associates through on-the-job training and performance feedback.
  • Collaborate with shareholders, managers, and staff across departments to provide integrated client service.
  • Assist in planning and executing audit engagements, ensuring timeliness and quality.
  • Participate in firm-sponsored continuing education and training programs.
  • Travel as required for client engagements and firm needs.
