Looking for an experienced level audit role at an energetic & passionate company? GRF CPAs & Advisors, based in Bethesda, MD is in search of an Audit Senior to join our team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Lead and instruct entire audit staff & oversee, review & edit their work
2. Perform diversified auditing assignments & prepare necessary reports
3. Demonstrate competency in technical skills, work quality and application of professional & firm standards
4. Participate in planning and scheduling client engagements
5. Determine the scope of the work to be performed & select the transactions to be tested
6. Look for opportunities to cross-sell other company services

Minimum Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience in public accounting required
2. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
3. Current & valid CPA license or actively seeking CPA certification and in good standing with the American Institute of CPAs
4. Well-versed in relevant computer accounting programs
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and timelines
6. Ability to work independently, use sound judgment and prioritize tasks
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills
8. Punctual individual with excellent analytical skills
