Qualifications

• Specialized experience in audit, data validation, or quality review work.
• Experience leading or overseeing audit or accounting activities.
• Education in accounting, auditing, or related field including 24 semester hours in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Direct, plan, and manage audits of participant databases for accurate data in benefit calculations and reporting.
• Provide oversight and quality review of work by staff; recommend corrective actions and improvements.
• Supervise staff: plan work, set priorities, evaluate performance, and address training needs.
• Represent PBGC in meetings and briefings; provide authoritative guidance on data review and validation.
