Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC in Tysons is seeking an Audit Partner to help build our Tysons Assurance practice. The role is based in the Tysons office with limited travel and a focus on expanding service lines for middle-market, PE-backed, and public companies.

The ideal candidate will bring CPA credentials and a strong network, with experience across Technology, Government Contractors, or Real Estate & Construction.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license.
• Experience with a large local, regional or national public accounting firm.
• Demonstrated client service and business development skills, leading to growth.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the practice through expansion of services to existing clients, cross selling with other advisory practices, and obtaining new clients.
• Execute the Firm and Audit Service Line vision, strategy, and goals for the Tysons audit practice, and support other leaders in executing the strategic plan.
• Develop and coach professionals within the practice while building a talent pipeline.
• Drive consistency, collaboration and communication among Service Line, Market Leaders, Shared Service Leaders, Advisory and Industry Leaders and other stakeholders.

Cherry Bekaert is looking for anAudit Partner to help us continue to build our commercial audit strength in our Tysons Assurancepractice. This role is available to work from our Tysons office. Limited travel should be expected. As an Audit Partner, you’ll help build the Tysons audit practice that servesmiddle-market, private equity backed, and public companies. Our ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of middle market commercial industries including Technology, Government Contractors, and/or Real Estate & Construction (RECON). We'relooking for a results-driven, market-facingpartner who will contribute to expanding the practice by using their strong professional network,and by engaging in business development opportunities with other firm leaders.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Consistently grow the practice through expansion of services to existing clients, cross selling with other advisory practices, and obtaining new clients. Execute the Firm and Audit Service Line vision, strategy, and goals for the Tysons audit practice, as well as support other leaders in their execution of the strategic plan. Develop and coach professionals within the practice while building a talent pipeline. Drive consistency, collaboration and communication among Service Line, Market Leaders, Shared Service Leaders, Advisory and Industry Leaders as well as with other stakeholders. Help drive economic results throughout the practice as evidenced by key performance indicators.

Qualifications
