Elliott Davis is seeking an Audit Manager who will drive audit quality and efficiency across engagements. This role focuses on technical consultations, methodology development, and continuous improvement, with emphasis on Inflo content and training.

The successful candidate will supervise audit teams, apply strong analytical skills, and translate complex standards into practical guidance, contributing to a high-performing audit practice.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of audit experience, including supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of audit methodology and technology platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Sound professional judgment and the ability to identify, assess, elevate, and respond to risks in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Strong technical research and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret professional standards and translate complex concepts into practical guidance.
• Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in audit practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation support to audit engagement teams by researching accounting, auditing, and risk management matters; develop practical guidance; collaborate with firm specialists for timely resolution of complex issues.
• Manage maintenance and continuous improvement of the firm’s audit methodology; collaborate with industry groups and leadership to develop content and guidance.
• Review, refine, and enhance Inflo content across industries for accuracy and consistency.
• Design and deliver training sessions and develop practical resources for audit execution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert by responding to Inflo, audit methodology, and related questions from engagement teams.
