Caliber Recruiting Group is seeking an Audit Manager in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA. The role requires 6+ years of accounting experience in a CPA environment and offers a path to advancement under senior partners.

The position includes a salary range of $115,000–$145,000 with benefits such as 401(k) with employer match, dental, medical, and life insurance, and a flexible schedule. CPA eligibility is a big plus and promotion opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in accounting or equivalent with accounting focus.
• 6+ years of accounting experience in a firm/public CPA environment.
• CPA license is advantageous but not required; CPA eligible or in progress a plus.
• MAcc would be a huge plus but not required.
• Experience with financial statement reviews for C-Corps/S-Corps/Trusts/Partnerships.
• Familiarity with IRS rules to ensure compliance.
• Experience with major tax software (CCH, Thomson Reuters, UltraTax).

Responsibilities

• Review financial statements for multiple entity types (C-Corps, S-Corps, trusts, partnerships).
• Handle tax return work for high net worth individuals.
• Work across various industries and complex cases with partners.
