Job summary

CLA is seeking an Audit Director/Manager to join our Higher Education practice in Texas. You will lead client engagements, mentor staff, and ensure audit quality and timely delivery.

You will build strong relationships with higher education clients, assist in obtaining funding, and use a range of tools to meet objectives.

The role requires a CPA, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, and at least six years in public accounting with leadership experience in Higher Education audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation and audits.
• Experience leading teams and managing Higher Education audits strongly preferred.
• CPA license certification required.

What You Will Need

• You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• You have a minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience with emphasis in financial statement preparation and audits.
• Experience leading teams of high performing people and managing Higher Education audits strongly preferred
• CPA license certification is required.
