Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit, review, compilation, and consulting engagements from planning through completion.
• Manage engagement budgets, staffing, timelines, and client expectations.
• Review financial statements and engagement workpapers.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm quality requirements.
• Identify risks and provide meaningful recommendations to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on accounting and business matters.
• Communicate engagement findings, recommendations, and insights.
• Deliver exceptional client service and responsiveness.
• Identify opportunities to expand and strengthen client relationships.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop senior and staff accountants.
• Provide technical guidance and professional coaching.
• Assist with training and leadership development initiatives.
• Promote collaboration and accountability across engagement teams.
