Job summary

Fox Corporation is seeking a Manager, Corporate Audit to join its New York Office. You will lead risk-based internal audits, develop scoping and testing programs, and ensure adherence to IIA standards and company methodology. Collaboration with IT Audit and senior leadership is essential.

The role requires 5+ years in internal audit or related fields, a CPA or Internal Audit qualification, and a strong COSO/SOX background. Located in New York with some cross-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA license or Internal Audit qualification is required.
• 5+ years in internal audit, public accounting, SOX compliance, or risk management.
• Experience managing internal audit within the US regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute risk-based internal audit engagements across operational, financial, compliance, and SOX environments.
• Develop audit scope, testing strategies, and programs aligned with priorities.
• Ensure audit documentation complies with IIA standards and company methodology.
• Communicate audit status and actions to management and CAD team members.
