Job summary

Caliber Recruiting Group in Chicago, IL is seeking an Audit Manager to join our team on a full-time basis with a hybrid work schedule. The ideal candidate will have strong GAAP and financial audit experience and a CPA or near licensure.

This role offers competitive compensation and the opportunity to lead audits for diverse clients. You will oversee multi-entity audits across industries such as construction, healthcare and manufacturing, with clear promotion potential and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• CPA highly preferred or close to licensure.
• 4–6 years of GAAP, financial audit and assurance experience.
• Audits for multiple entities across construction, healthcare, manufacturing and other industries.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent; Master's preferred but not required.

Role Qualifications and Requirements:

• CPA highly preferred and or very close to attaining the license
• 4-6 years of GAAP, financial audit, financial assurance work
• Experience with assurance, audit for multiple entities as well as multiple industries including construction, healthcare, professional, manufacturing, some government entities
• Bachelors degree in accounting or equivalent, (Masters Preferred but definitely not required- accounting, business, stats, etc.)
• Excellent experience with client management as well as with leadership skills
