Audit Manager opportunity at SR Staffing for a respected Mid-Size CPA firm headquartered in San Antonio, TX. Hybrid schedule; focus on external audits with opportunities for career growth and work-life balance.

Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead external audit engagements for clients in accordance with professional standards.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to plan, execute, and complete audits with quality and efficiency.
• Mentor junior staff and support staff on engagements; contribute to the firm’s growth and client service excellence.
• Engage in project management and risk assessment as part of audit processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of external audit experience at a reputable CPA firm.
• CPA license required.

Schedule and Work Environment

• Hybrid schedule: in office on Monday; Tuesday–Thursday (WFH or client site visits); Friday in office, WFH, or client site visits.
• Summer Fridays: Fridays off from end of May to mid-August.
