Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute audit engagements for various clients
  • Manage multiple audit teams and projects simultaneously
  • Review audit work papers, financial statements, and reports
  • Communicate with clients regarding audit findings and recommendations
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and other professional standards
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Contribute to the firm\'s quality control processes and methodology improvements
  • Participate in business development activities and proposal preparations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or related field (Master\'s preferred)
  • CPA certification
  • 6-8 years of public accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant accounting standards
  • Experience with audit software and data analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
