Job summary

HLS Global Group seeks an Audit Manager in Dallas to lead public accounting engagements, oversee audit teams, and ensure high quality financial reporting across clients, including multinational Japanese companies.

The role requires CPA, 5–8 years of audit experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and ability to mentor staff. Travel to client sites nationwide is expected; Japanese language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of audit experience in public accounting, including experiences of auditing Japanese companies.
• BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university.
• Licensed CPA.
• Demonstrate leadership, problem solving, and solid oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and auditing and review procedures.
• Manage, develop and mentor staff, assisting with professional growth and development of staff.
• Ability and willingness to travel.
• Ability to read/write/communicate in Japanese is preferred.
