Job summary

KingRecruitingServices is seeking an Audit Manager for a growing CPA firm in the Phoenix metro area. You will lead and manage multiple audit and review engagements across a variety of industries, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and guiding business process improvements.

You will supervise and mentor staff, participate in business development, and travel primarily within the Phoenix metro area to serve clients with high-quality service and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit organizations.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Background Required:

• 5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit organizations
• Active CPA license

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with Knowledge Coach and Engagement software a plus
• Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area
