Job summary

Our client is a growing CPA firm seeking an Audit Manager to lead multiple audit and review engagements. You will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring high-quality service and guiding business process improvements for privately held companies in the Phoenix area.

You will supervise, train, and mentor staff, coordinate across client groups, and contribute to business development while maintaining exceptional client experiences. Local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of audit and review experience with privately held and not-for-profit organizations.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Professionalism, integrity, and dedication to outstanding client service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Knowledge Coach and Engagement software a plus.
• Primarily local travel within the Phoenix metro area.
