Job summary

You will support teams on varied assignments, observe senior auditors, and build commercial awareness as you progress toward CPA eligibility.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3.0 overall GPA.
• Must meet educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam in the intended state.
• Intern roles are entry-level; typically third year of a four-year program or fourth year of a five-year program.

Responsibilities

• Assist audit teams in conducting financial statement audits and learn auditing methodologies.
• Review and verify financial documents to ensure transparency and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
• Document audit processes and findings for organized records.
• Learn GAAP and GAAS in audit tasks and apply them to assignments.
• Collaborate with team to monitor financial trends and assess risk factors.
• Participate in evaluating internal controls and suggesting improvements.
• Use data analysis to support audit processes and improve reporting quality.
• Observe experienced auditors to understand client interactions and audit practices.
