Job summary

KerberRose is a Wisconsin-based CPA firm offering audit, tax, accounting, and advisory services. This Summer 2027 internship provides hands-on experience in public accounting, working on government and nonprofit audits under experienced mentors.

You will apply classroom knowledge to client engagements, develop technical and client service skills, and gain exposure to the audit process from planning through completion with mentorship, training, and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be attending a 4-year university and be enrolled in an Accounting Program.
• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior level.
• Ability to work daytime hours Monday-Friday.
• Ability to work independently and with others when necessary.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial and compliance audits for governmental and/or nonprofit organizations
• Prepare audit workpapers and document audit procedures

About the Internship

KerberRose is looking for ambitious Audit Interns for a full-time Summer 2027 internship. Gain hands-on experience in public accounting while working alongside experienced professionals on government and nonprofit audits.

This internship is designed to provide meaningful, real-world experience in a professional accounting environment. You'll apply classroom knowledge to client engagements, develop technical and client service skills, and gain exposure to the audit process from planning through completion. What You'll Do
