Candidates should have basic audit skills, be pursuing a degree in internal audit, accounting, or finance, and possess strong MS Office and communication abilities. This is an entry-level internship with travel up to 20% and a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Basic ability to perform routine audit tasks and some financial analysis.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; basic GAAP understanding.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Executes documentation/testing of internal controls over financial reporting for SOX.
• Supports routine financial and operational audits and internal control reviews.
• Maintains documentation of process-related controls, including flowcharts and matrices.
• Performs routine audit fieldwork testing.
• Special assignments as directed by supervisor.
